Over the course of three days, students were introduced to the basic techniques of one of the most versatile weapons ever devised: the straight sword.
Beginning with Sun style Tai Chi sword, continuing with a Northern Shaolin form, then concluding with a night of studying techniques and concepts, participants enjoyed discovering the complexity of what is known as "the king of short weapons."
