Traditional Chinese Kung Fu

For centuries, warriors around the world have relied upon the discoveries and training methods passed down through generations of Chinese masters, families and monks. What makes this knowledge so unique and worthwhile is that it is entirely comprehensive. Regarding every component of a practitioner – mind, body, and spirit; internal and external energies; aggression and healing – traditional Chinese Kung Fu is the most well-rounded system a martial artist can study.

Few schools anywhere offer such complete course work in so many defining elements of traditional Chinese martial arts as ShaoLin Center. Combining group and individual lessons, and the ability to cross-train in unlimited disciplines, members have the opportunity to personalize their ultimate educational experience.
