Waukesha was filled with music and excitement during the final Friday Night Live event... but no more so than when ShaoLin Center erupted into two energetic and entertaining lion dances for the hometown crowd! These were extremely special performances: Joining the team was Joe Muchka, Executive Director for the Addiction Resource Council of Waukesha County, and his staff who, along with SiFu Kleppe, used the opportunity to raise awareness for the organization and its mission of providing needed resources to individuals and families affected by addiction. The dances also served as a kick-off celebration for a new collaboration between The ARC and ShaoLin Center called 'Thunder & Rain' -- a new program that offers free QiGong and Yoga for anyone desiring help in the healing process. What a spectacular beginning to what is sure to be a powerful partnership.
